This policy explains what Fast Track Trustee ("we", "us") collects when you take the Prove It Readiness Quiz, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address, which you enter to see your result.
- Your quiz result: your readiness level, your score, and whether you said you have been served with a lawsuit. We don't store your individual answers.
- The date and time you submitted the quiz.
How we use it
- To show you your result.
- To send you emails with next steps that match your result, plus educational content and offers from Fast Track Trustee.
- To understand, in aggregate, who takes the quiz so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this quiz and send email, such as our website host and email marketing provider, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will stop sending you marketing emails.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us through FastTrackTrustee.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it.
Children
This quiz is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
